Alison has worked with numerous athletes at all levels of development and has been team coach and manager at Commonwealth and Paralympic Games, and World Championships.
In May 2011 Alison returned to the UK after 12 years in Australia. Within a very short time Alison set herself up as an independent coach working with Paralympic potential athletes and created .
Alison quickly identified two athletes with potential and began working with them in October 2011, with the aim of them making the 2012 London Paralympic team, which was achieved.
is continually developing and now includes both seated and ambulant throwers, all demonstrating potential to reach Paralympic level.
