Damien Bowen - F34 Javelin & Shot
Damien was in Para athletics class F34, a seated cerebral palsy (or similar) class.
Damien started athletics in 2006 and went to his first Paralympic Games in 2008, in Athens. He finished 7th in the F33/34/52 Javelin.
Damien worked with Alison from 2009 - 2011 improving his javelin from 26.52m to 31.93m and Shot from 7.76m to 10.35m. Damien then went onto improve his javelin best in 2012 by another 3m.

2008 Beijing Paralympic Games 7th place (F33/34/52 Javelin) - 26.52m
Damien retired after the 2012 London Paralympic Games, and now runs a successful rehabilitation practice, Vibe Rehab.
